    S11 Flow blends classical Pilates principles with a smooth, steady pace, allowing you to move with control while building strength, stability, and body awareness. Expect a more grounded, technique-driven experience that still leaves you feeling challenged and refreshed.

    This class is ideal for refining form and reconnecting with the fundamentals.

    Best for: All levels, especially those who prefer a slower, more mindful approach.

  • A dynamic, full-body reformer class designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone.
