New to Studio 11?

New Student Beginner Guide

Welcome to Studio 11 in Wheaton - a sanctuary for healing and growth in downtown Wheaton. We’re thrilled that you’ve chosen to begin your journey with us.

Our community thrives on connection, diversity, and shared experiences, and we hope you feel supported, nurtured, and inspired every time you step through our doors.

Here’s a helpful guide to ensure your experience is seamless and enriching:

Studio Etiquette & What to Bring

  • Arriving Early: We suggest arriving 5-15 minutes before class to find a spot, settle in, and prepare for your practice.

  • Belongings: Place personal items in the cubbies provided before class. Turn off your phone or place it on silent to disconnect from distractions. If you need to use your phone for an emergency, please step outside the studio.

  • Cleanliness: To keep the studio clean, leave shoes and unnecessary items outside the studio rooms.

  • Hydration: Bring a closed-lid water bottle.

Respectful Silence

  • Before & During Class: People come to our classes to find peace, so we ask that you refrain from conversation in the studio. If you'd like to chat, please do so in the communal areas before or after class. We invite you to enjoy refreshments, connect with others, or explore our library of inspiring books.

Our Community & Vision

We’re grateful you’ve chosen to join this community, and we hope you feel supported and transformed in every class, workshop, or service you experience.

Through our thoughtfully curated offerings, we aim to nurture your body, mind, and spirit, guiding you on a path of personal and collective expansion. This is a space for authenticity, belonging, and trust - where joy, light-heartedness, and shared experiences flourish. We look forward to growing and learning together with you
